If a jury can be so brainless to make such an apparently invalid ruling, well, then I can cite this ruling in arguing that Conrad Black was wrongly convicted despite the Prosecution failing miserably to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt (like, so what if Black was moving some boxes around- nobody even knows what was in them... and on that worthless "evidence" he was convicted?!)...
Clearly the conviction needs to be overturned on appeal.
